THE PHILIPPINE Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) XI arrested a high-value target, ranked fifth in the regional drug list, during a buy-bust operation in Barangay Poblacion, Sulop, Davao del Sur on April 2.
PDEA XI spokesperson Nephi Noli Dimaandal, identified the suspect as Ricole Moreno Culango, 21, of Digos City. He allegedly sold a heat-sealed plastic sachet containing suspected shabu to an undercover agent during the sting operation.
Police seized another sachet of suspected shabu weighing more or less two grams worth P13,600 and the buy-bust money.
Culango faces a charge of violating sections 5 and 11 of Republic Act 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002).
