2nd property component added at Azuela Cove

Ayala Land Premier is adding another component to its residential segment of the 25-hectare Azuela Cove, the joint venture between the Ayala and the Alcantara groups.

Based on the information sheet on the next component, a copy of which was obtained by TIMES over the weekend, the first of the two-tower Parkshore is expected to be completed and turned over to its buyers in 2025.

Located on a 12,369-square meter lot, the first tower will have 147 units in 20 floors with buyers can choose between “one to three-bedroom residences.” Each unit is between 58 and 189 square meters. The briefer did not mention whether the first tower and the second tower have the same specifications as the latter has yet to be launched.

The pre-launched price of the first tower is at P232,000 a square meter, or a one-bedroom unit has a tag of about P13 million.

The tower will also have 379 slots in its eight-level parking including the one at the rooftop as the two towers will share the amenities that include resident’s lounge, a board room, a fitness gym, a social hall, a lap pool and a kiddie pool.

Its bedrooms, living areas, dining areas and toilet and bathrooms will have “homogenous tile finishes; there will also be audio guest annunciator system incorporated with  panic duress button.

Last year, the company launched the two-tower The Residences at Azuela Cove, the first residential component.
Based on its report, of its 147 units, there were 23 units that had yet to be sold as of middle of September.

Several locators, particularly restaurants, have started operating since last year at the 1650-square meter, the initial portion of the of the 4,000-square meter total leasable area in the Shop.

Among the key developments at present include the Dennis A. Uy-run tourism school Enderun, Sports Hub and the Azuela Cove Visitors Center.

Also, among the future locators include the St. Luke’s Medical Center which is scheduled to break ground for the project in within the last quarter of the year; and the Gaisano Supermarket which will stand ona 5,000-square emter area which will have as components a supermarket, retail stores and food stalls.

The 25-hectare area, which sits along the shoreline fronting the Davao Gulf to the east and Mt. Apo to the west, used to a plywood factory of the Alcantara family.
