RIDGE to Reef Inc. will invite 2,000 runners for its biggest Ridge to Reef Environmental Run V3.0 on June 29 at the Freedom Park, Roxas Avenue, with new runs for participating fun run enthusiasts and marathoners.
In its 3rd year, the fun run will add two categories of 3 km and 42 km to become a full marathon, where routes will go to JP Laurel, Cabaguio, Quimpo Boulevard, Tulip Drive, and others.
Lead organizer Dana Gabrielle Tautho said the registration has been extended to June 15 due to the numerous requests they received to lengthen it, with around 1,500 participants registered so far.

“More or less, 50 slots na lang talaga ung available per category. So, we’re extending until June 15 or until slots last,” she said during Wednesday’s Media Forum on June 4.
Ridge to Reef Environmental Run, an accredited Duaw Davao 2025 event, is a fun run for a cause where proceeds of the event will go to the beneficiaries of the Matigsalug tribe and the Bantay Dagat Association of Davao City to support their tree planting activities and coastal cleanups.
Returning participants from last year’s Environmental Run will be given a 10% discount for those registering in person at the Ridge to Reef office or by Facebook Messenger and Gcash payment.
