10th Infantry Division receives new motorcycles to enhance security efforts

THE 10TH Infantry (Agila) Division boosted its mobility capabilities with the donation of 12 brand-new motorcycles. 

The ceremonial handover and blessing took place at Agila Hall, Camp General Manuel T. Yan Sr., in Mawab, Davao de Oro, on Oct. 3.

These mobility assets were generously donated by Mr. Jose Manuel Lagdameo, Vice President of Anflocor/Kensington Ventures, Inc., a subsidiary of Tagum Agricultural Development Company, Inc.

The ceremony was officiated by 10ID Chaplain Lieutenant Colonel Melchor Torayno, with 10ID Commander Major General Allan Hambala and Agila troopers in attendance.

Lagdameo emphasized the importance of the donation, stating, “These motorcycles will provide much-needed mobility to the 10ID’s joint operational area. I am confident this will help the division maintain its insurgency-free status. Thank you for your unwavering service.”

These new assets will play a crucial role in enhancing the division’s operational capabilities to respond swiftly and effectively to security threats in the region.

The 10ID remains committed to its mission of ensuring peace and security in the Davao Region and surrounding areas.
