2. Attach a photocopy of the account holderโ€™s valid ID with three specimen signatures.
3. Submit to DCWD Matina, Bajada, or Toril offices (Public Assistance Desk Officer or drop box) or through callcenter@davao-water.gov.phย orย www.facebook.com/officialDCWDย (private message).
