What used to be the vast tarmac of the old Iloilo airport in Mandurriao is now a booming mixed-use master-planned community and business park developed by Megaworld Corporation, the country’s largest office space developer.
The 72 hectare development is a stark contrast to the old Iloilo, a city known for its heritage houses, old churches and historical sites.
