BLUE Lotus Hotel, a homegrown hospitality brand, celebrated both its second anniversary and relaunch last January 5, Wednesday, at the hotel’s Sky View Bar.
The 133-room property along Quimpo Boulevard in Matina had its inauguration last January 2020, less than two months before the national government announced a lockdown to mitigate the spread of the COVID-19 virus.
In spite of the challenges of the pandemic, Blue Lotus Hotel stayed open and welcomed local guests, and even offered their property as Multi-Use Hotel during this pandemic.
“Today, in our second year, it is with great pride to see our company growing, embracing a good value system, and achieving more than what we have ever thought of,” said hotel manager Roxanne Dela Merced – Pasibe during the program.
Blue Lotus Hotel boasts of two F&B, Laut Palace, which serves flavorful Chinese and Asian cuisines, and the Sky View Bar.
They also have eight function rooms and a ballroom, which is perfect for MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Exhibitions), along with wellness facilities, a fitness center, and a swimming pool.
“To keep our clients excited, we currently having a room promo at PhP2, 888 net per night (down from PhP6, 800) and weekend buffet (Friday and Saturday) at the Sky View Restaurant, which is getting quite a buzz, for only PhP588 net per person,” Pasibe added.
The Sky Bar is currently the only rooftop venue in the city that affords diners a panoramic view of Davao Gulf, Samal Island, and Mount Apo while dining and enjoying live band music on weekends.
