A TRICYCLE driver was fatally shot in front of Bago Elementary School in Barangay Bago Gallera, Talomo District on Thursday afternoon, Oct. 17.
Police identified him as Kenn Roger Pisa, 36, married, and a resident of Deca Homes, Talomo.
Based on the witness’s account, the victim had just parked his tricycle when a man approached him and shot him in the back.
The victim tried to run away but the motorcycle driver chased him and shot him in the neck.
Based on the description, the motorcycle driver wore a black helmet, a black t-shirt, maong pants, and slippers. The motorcycle passenger was wearing a cap, a gray jacket, shorts, and slippers.
The two killers sped off toward Libby Road in Baliok, Toril.
Scene of the Crime Operatives recovered two empty shells of a .45 caliber pistol.
