Dr. Marvin Rey Andrew Pepino, tagged in the July 2 killing of 19-year-old Amierkhan Mangacop, posts bail for his homicide charge at Branch 16, City Hall of Justice, on Thursday morning, July 21.
The City Prosecutor’s Office has downgraded the initial murder charge to homicide.
