THE Davao de Oro Police Provincial Office got the highest safety index rating of 93.64% for a police provincial office in the Davao Region, based on the Mindanao Development Authority (MinDA) survey.
In the same survey, the police office also got a rating of 92.46 % for respect index and 92.16% in trust index.
For Davao City, its respect index was at 91.72 %, 92.64% in trust index, and 92.33% in safety index; while Davao del Norte received 89.78% in respect index, 91.68% in trust index, and 92.48 % in safety index.
Davao Oriental got 91.72 % in respect index, 83.39% in trust index, and 93.10% in safety index; Davao Occidental received 88% in respect index, 89.95%. In trust index, and 92.31% in safety index.
Davao del Sur received 83% in respect index, 84.77% in trust index, and 85.38% in safety index.
The Police Regional Office, as a whole, received 90% in the respect index, 91% inr the trust index, and 92% in safety index.
In a statement, Brig Gen Benjamin Silo Jr., PRO director, Secretary Maria Belen S Acosta, MinDA chair, for the initiative in taking the said survey and promised that office will continue to serve and protect the people of the region.
