SUNTRUST Properties continues to “change life as you know it” and officially turned over the keys to unit owners of One Lakeshore Drive Tower 1, the company’s first residential development in Mindanao.
Suntrust Properties, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Megaworld Corporation, with over 50 developments in 26 years of excellence, expands in Davao City within the vibrant 11.2-hectare Davao Park District along Dacudao Loop in Lanang.
The One Lakeshore Drive Tower 1 is a 19-story premium residence featuring 316 studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units.
Tower 1 is only one of the four-tower, low-density developments of One Lakeshore Drive, which promises to carry the same vision in all of its total 1,200 residential units.
The studio and executive studio units’ total floor area feature 27 square meters and 32 sqm, respectively; the 1-bedroom unit is 50- 53.50 sqm, while the 2-bedroom unit has a total living space of 76 sqm. All units have an exclusive balcony area.
Lawyer Harrison Paltongan, president of Suntrust Properties, graced the ceremonial turnover and property blessing on Friday, Jan. 31, an event that was also attended by unit owners, property agents, and prospective buyers.
Paltongan said the township development signifies the company’s commitment to redefining a new chapter for affordable and modern living in Mindanao.
“With One Lakeshore Drive’s first tower paving the way, Suntrust is set to deliver an elevated lifestyle, where everything is within reach- and that is the true gift of being part of a township development,” he stressed.
Tower 2 and Tower 3, both consisting of 314 units, are targeted to be turned over to unit owners in April and June this year, respectively. Tower 4, however, is expected to be open before the year ends.
Tower 1 currently has only seven units left unsold, while Towers 2,3, and 4 are almost 90% sold out.
“It is a realization during the pandemic, where you should not be traveling but everything would be within reach. When you say township, you have your work, the BPO center developed by Megaworld, offices, the amenities, we have the hospitalization, and nearby is a mall,” Paltongan stressed.
