PRESIDENTIAL Assistant for Eastern Mindanao Leo Tereso Magno committed to assisting the members of the Police Regional Office (PRO) XI to avail of the housing project from the national government.
On Thursday, Jan. 25, Magno met with PRO XI director PBGen Alden Delvo and Department of Human Settlement and Urban Development (DHSUD) XI director Miguel Palma Gil to discuss the requirements that eligible personnel need to comply.
Delvo asked for Sec. Magno’s assistance on the program, noting the number of personnel who still do not own houses.
Magno said that it is high time that the PNP also joined the 4PH (Pilipino Housing) program.
He said the DHSUD is willing to help as long as the PNP complies with the requirements. The 4Ph program is one of the priority programs of President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. that aims to build six million housing units in the country.
