MAYOR Sebastian Duterte warned suspected criminals and corrupt local officials that their days are numbered, during his speech at the 87th Araw ng Dabaw on March 1.
He said some of these issues were already prevailing not just in Davao City, but in the whole country.
The mayor also stressed that he would come after those who recklessly drive and might cause accidents in congested and populated areas in the city.
Ang pamilya tagaan nako’g abogado, ipa-priso tamo kung sad-an gyud mo,” he said.
He also urged motorists to respect one another while sharing the road.
“Kini man gung Davao, tungod sa iyahang progreso, sagol man gyud ta diri. Everyone is welcome.
He also commended Central 911 for being awarded as a Hall of Famer for Best Government Emergency Management and Response Teams category under the 22 Gawad Kalasag Special Awards.
