A 49-YEAR-OLD property evaluator was arrested after being reported for pointing a gun at his neighbor who was allegedly playing loud music at 12:50 a.m. on July 4 at Malasugue Street, Barangay Lapu-Lapu, Agdao District.
Police responded to a call regarding a commotion after the suspect, alias Ariel, and the complainant, alias Kenneth, 30, reportedly argued over loud music at 10:00 p.m.
The suspect was allegedly seen pointing a replica Pietro Beretta pistol at Celis, prompting the distress call.
Meanwhile, the responding police officers recovered the replica gun from the possession of alias Ariel and detained him for processing.
