Apart from being cloud storage for agenda and committee reports, the website will also serve as an archive for all approved and landmark ordinances.

Militar said those who wish to view all the passed and approved legislation provided they make an access request for the system to track documents’ retrieval and storage.

The establishment of center cloud storage is the second phase of the Legislative Information Support System Program (LISSP) or the “less paper session” system.

To note, the 20th City Council approved on the third and final reading in September 2023 the ordinance institutionalizing the “less paper session” system, reducing reliance on printed materials.

The reams of paper used in the previous sessions averaged 700 reams monthly but digitalization cut the number down to five.

The City Council fully implemented the “less paper session” system starting the 5th regular session, series of 2025 on Tuesday, Feb. 4.

Councilors were provided dedicated gadgets with a mobile-ready application to navigate the agenda and committee reports.
