VERONICA “Kitty” Duterte and Honeylet Avanceña urged supporters to ensure the bloc voting for the DuterTEN senatorial slate of PDP-Laban, emphasizing the need to safeguard against potential electoral fraud.
The mother and daughter also expressed their gratitude to the persistent supporters of former President Rodrigo Duterte (FPRRD) and their family, both in the Philippines and overseas.
Kitty, daughter of former President Rodrigo Duterte, spearheaded a PDP-Laban campaign rally in Quezon City on Sunday evening, marking her first appearance at a political event for the party alongside her mother, Honeylet Avanceña.
During the rally, Kitty urged Filipinos to support PDP-Laban’s senatorial candidates, collectively known as DuterTEN.
“I am here today because they have taken my father from me, from all of us, especially from me,” Kitty Duterte stated before the crowd.
“Instead of focusing on crime, corruption, and poverty, this government prioritizes destroying my family and all our allies,” she said.
The mother-daughter duo also joined in singing “Pilipinas Duterte Pa Rin!”, a song dedicated to the former president.
The event highlighted the continued political involvement of the Duterte family and their support for the PDP-Laban candidates.
