JIB-ICHEF holds grand launching ceremony

IT WAS our privilege to be invited to the grand launching ceremony of the Joji Ilagan International Schools and ICHEF as members of the World Association of Chefs Societies.  ICHEF is the first and only WorldChefs-recognized Culinary School in Mindanao.

Present at the program were Ms. Nicole Hao Bian Ledesma, chief operating officer, Gypsy Mae B. Casurao – director of innovation excellence, lead chef Clinton Gregorio, and Ms. Joji Ilagan Bian, chairperson of the Joji Ilagan International Schools. 

Joji Ilagan also led the unveiling of the World Recognition Program of ICHEF.

A video message was delivered by John Clancy, World Chefs education director.

Next was the awarding of World Chefs Badges for outstanding students by lead chef Clinton Gregorio took place during the program.  

Ms. Joji Ilagan Bian delivered the inspirational message “to introduce the latest program offering designed to enhance the culinary expertise and boost your career —Micro-Credential Certificate (MCC) programs.”

She further said “These are cutting-edge, short-term courses tailored to meet the demands of the modern culinary industry. Micro-Credential Certificates, or MCCs, are focused, intensive programs that allow you to gain specialized skills in a short period of time.”

Ms. Joji Ilagan Bian ended her message by saying “We are proud to be the first culinary school in Mindanao to offer these innovative Micro-Certifications in partnership with Workskills Australia.”
