Catfishing may be used for financial gain, to compromise a victim in some way, or simply as a form of trolling or wish fulfillment.KITTENFISHING. If you’re purposely using images of yourself as a younger person or lie about your age, weight, height or job, then you’re kittenfishing (huffpost.com images).VULTURING. “Becoming much more romantically interested in someone when you sense their current relationship is about to breakup, then swooping in to pick up the pieces”GRANDE-ING. A personal celebration after a break up, recently made popular by pop sensation Ariana Grande. This is when a person who ghosted their date suddenly reappears and acts like nothing has happened and continues where they left off.BENCHING. This term explains the behavior of a person that hides you away from others.
