FORMER President Rodrigo Duterte is confident that the senatorial candidates under PDP-Laban have a great chance of winning in the upcoming 2025 Mid-term Elections.
This was stated by the former president during the PDP National Coordination Meeting held recently at the Grand Men Seng Hotel in this city, where he said, “We will win, believe me,” despite the low ratings shown in the latest survey results.
The senatorial slate of PDP-Laban includes Senator Bong Go, Ronald “Bato” Dela Rosa, actor Philip Salvador, and singer Atty. Jimmy Bondoc, former Cagayan Economic Zone Authority administrator Raul Lambino, and lawyer Jesus Hinlo.
The former president also believed Go and Dela Rosa would secure their positions as senators as they made it to the “Magic 12” in the latest Social Weather Stations senatorial preference survey. In that particular survey, Go ranked third and Dela Rosa was in the 10th.
