FOUR MEMBERS of the Special Action Force (SAF) sustained minor injuries in a road accident that occurred along MacArthur Highway, Bago Aplaya, Davao City, at around 4 a.m. on Thursday.
Initial reports said the Mitsubishi truck was traveling northbound from Toril when it swerved and flipped on its side due to a pothole and the slippery road.
The injured troopers were taken to the Southern Philippines Medical Center (SPMC) for treatment.
Captain Hazel Tuazon, the spokesperson of the Davao City Police Office (DCPO) said their injuries are reported to be minor.
Meanwhile, authorities are investigating the exact cause of the accident.
