A LIFELESS 8-month-old male fetus was discovered in a drainage canal at the Pices Trucking compound in Purok Purple Dolores, Cabayugan 1, Barangay Sasa, around 5:30 a.m. on Tuesday, June 25.
According to the report of the Davao City Police Office (DCPO), Jocelyn Kintano, a resident of the area, reported hearing a noise near her home and upon investigation, found the fetus in the drainage.
Barangay Sasa’s Barangay Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (BDRRMC) responded to the scene and confirmed that the fetus showed no signs of life.
Police are currently investigating the incident.
