MANILA, Philippines – EcoFlow, a leading provider of portable power and renewable energy solutions, has partnered with non-government organization (NGO) Angat Buhay to strengthen disaster relief eCorts in Southern Mindanao.
With severe structural damage causing widespread disruptions to the conventional electrical grid, EcoFlow is executing an immediate in-kind donation of portable power stations and solar charging systems.
“Access to dependable electricity is critical during disaster response, particularly in the immediate aftermath when communities and emergency teams are operating without essential infrastructure,” said Henry Liu, regional director, APAC, EcoFlow. “Reliable access to electricity can make a meaningful difference for responders and affected communities during emergencies. We hope to strengthen response eCorts and help communities recover more quickly.”
Alongside the hardware delivery, EcoFlow has completed operational training with Angat Buhay’s team, including Raphael Martin Magno, executive director, Angat Buhay; and Menard M. Mabutol, program manager for Climate Action, to ensure seamless setup and maximum efficiency in the field. The specialized equipment fleet features a strategic mix of EcoFlow’s professional and portable solar technologies to support emergency response and early recovery needs.
This initiative forms part of EcoFlow’s broader, long-standing commitment to global disaster preparedness and humanitarian response through its Power For All corporate social responsibility program, which provides clean, dependable energy to crisis-affected areas worldwide.

“With EcoFlow’s support, our teams can continue relief operations and begin the transition to rehabilitation and early recovery, helping provide power for communication devices, lighting, medical equipment, and other critical tools while communities rebuild,” said Raphael Martin Magno, Executive Director, Angat Buhay.
EcoFlow and Angat Buhay expect this targeted deployment to support communities, relief sites, or direct beneficiaries across General Santos City, Sarangani Province, and Jose Abad Santos, Davao Occidental, where many communities continue to face unstable access to electricity.

The energy infrastructure is currently undergoing final logistical preparations at the Angat Buhay office. Initial setups will focus on powering temporary medical facilities, emergency communications, volunteer coordination centres, and community kitchens.
