A CITY-LEVEL target was arrested by elements of Baliok police in a buy-bust operation in Sitio Culusa Lizada, on Oct. 23, around 10:32 p.m.
Captain Hazel Tuazon, the spokesperson of Davao City Police Office (DCPO) only identified him as alias Brad, 42, with live-in partner, unemployed and a resident of above-mentioned place.
Personnel of Baliok Police Station (PS17) DCPO conducted drug buy-bust operation under PDEA Coordination at Sitio Culus that resulted in the arrest of the aforementioned suspect after he sold a sachet of shabu to a police poseur buyer.
Seized from him were another six big sachets of shabu with a total standard drug price value of P836,400.
Meanwhile, the suspect is now under custody of Baliok police station for filing an appropriate case for violation of Republic Act 9165 ( Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002).
