Damosa Land holds groundbreaking ceremony for Kahi Estates

DAMOSA LAND Inc. held its groundbreaking ceremony for the Kahi Estates on October 15 introducing a residential development of green and sustainable technologies in fostering a harmonious blend with nature in Davao City.

Kahi Estates is Damosa Land’s inaugural agri-residence inspired by innovative concepts of combining agriculture and residence. The project upholds wellness, embracing multigenerational-living, and incorporating modern Filipino architecture.

“For this project, we’ve poured our hearts into creating a community that respects the environment while providing modern comfort,” Kahi Estates project head Engr. Jam Christine A. Mondo said during the project launching.

Damosa Land, Inc. worked together with Palafox Associates for the architecture design concept of the estate. Designs include integrated landscaping, urban gardens, rainwater harvesting, and others.

The estate features 5 hectares of area covered, and 321 to 628 sqm of area per lot cut with a total contract price ranging from P11.2 M to P17.6 M. The target completion date for Kahi Estates will be in October 2027.

Components for Kahi Estates include a clubhouse, gated perimeter, linear park, guard house, and a model unit.

Additionally, building strategies include the facilitation of rainwater harvesting and solar integration via the Butterfly Roof, the use of recycled steel products, the application of a soil stabilizer in land development, and the construction of a detention pond to help mitigate flooding.
