THE DAVAO City Police Office (DCPO) responded quickly to a report from Central 911 about an unattended bag at Old Bacaca Barangay Hall, Bacaca Road, around 8:40 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 12.
In the initial investigation, the bag was left by an unknown individual for almost an hour. The Explosives and Ordnance Division technicians checked the contents and found that they were personal items.
The bag was immediately turned over to the police for proper disposition.
Captain Hazel Tuazon, spokesperson of Davao City Police Office, said they are grateful for the cooperation of the public in swiftly reporting the unattended bag.
