A TRICYCLE driver faced three charges after he flew into a rage and broke the window of the City Transport and Traffic Management Office (CTTMO) satellite office on Wednesday, Oct. 4.
Captain Hazel Tuazon, spokesperson of the Davao City Police Office identified him as Emerson Alaton Aductante, a resident of Phase 7, Barangay Tugbok Proper, Tugbok District.
Tuazon said they filed a case of malicious mischief, alarm and scandal, and Batas Pambansa 881( Omnibus Election Code of the Philippines) against Aductante because he was caught with a 19-inch machete.
According to the report, the suspect armed with a bolo went wild and broke the glass window of the office along San Francisco Street, Barangay Mintal.
The suspect confessed that he saw red after a traffic enforcer impounded his motorcycle with a sidecar. He also sustained injuries as a result of his violence.
For now, the driver is under the custody of Tugbok Police Station.
