Asticom launches AstiELEVATE IT cadetship program with KodeGo

 

ASTICOM Group of Companies has just launched a cadetship program with coding boot camp KodeGo to help aspiring young professionals develop their skills and carve out careers in information technology and engineering, and create job opportunities amid a challenging labor market.

Through the program AstiELEVATE, Asticom and KodeGo can assist in the professional development of fresh graduates and career shifters as well as provide them much-needed exposure in their chosen fields for increased employability.

The mission of KodeGo is to provide accessible education, and we want to upskill Filipinos for better opportunities, which aligns with Asticom’s own purpose. At KodeGo, we believe that the Filipino talent is world-class,” said Cristina Gervasio, Entrepreneur-in-Residence at KodeGo.

 

KodeGo is a startup under Globe’s 917Ventures. It produces highly-skilled individuals through short, intensive, and rigorous online tech training and placement services.

AstiELEVATE cadets will undergo a six-month program designed to equip them with knowledge and experience to make them employment-ready.

 

By the end of the program, they will be posted to Asticom’s subsidiaries such as business process solutions company Asti Business Services Inc. (ABSI) and Fiber Infrastructure and Network Services, Inc. (FINSI), a technology and engineering firm serving companies from the telecom and tech industries.
