A CITY government ambulance was involved in a single-vehicle accident in Sitio Bugac, Barangay Suawan, Marilog District, on Tuesday, Oct. 22 around 6:30 a.m.
Fortunately, the incident caused no injuries.
Accordingly, the ambulance, a Nissan NV350 Urvan driven by alias Julius, was traveling along the Davao-Bukidnon road toward Davao City when the incident occurred.
The driver claimed he downshifted upon reaching Sitio Bugac but lost control due to the slippery road and swerved to the outer lane. The vehicle subsequently crashed, sustaining damage. Both the driver and passenger escaped unscathed.
