“With this program, we can now deposit our cash right there in the cashier’s office, eliminating the risk of untoward incidents when transporting cash from the hospital to the bank,” said Dr. Macatula. “We are very happy with this system because it significantly enhances the security and efficiency of our cash management process.”
Beyond security, the system offers FCHMC real-time access to their funds. “As soon as we transfer the funds, we see it online and can immediately manage payments to doctors, suppliers, and other partner banks. It’s incredibly convenient for our management team,” Dr. Macatula added.
