New commander takes helm of 403rd Infantry Brigade, emphasizes stakeholder collaboration

THE 403RD Infantry “Peacemaker” Brigade welcomed its new acting commander, Colonel Antonio B. Dulnuan Jr., in a ceremony held at Camp Osito Bahian on February 8, 2025. 

Brigadier General Michele B. Anayron Jr., commander of the 4th Infantry Division, served as the guest of honor of the assumption of command ceremony and stakeholders’ recognition at the covered court, 403Bde headquarters, Camp Osito Bahian, Barangay 10, Malaybalay City, on Feb. 8.

The ceremony also honored key stakeholders who have been instrumental in supporting the brigade’s mission, highlighting the importance of collaborative efforts in ensuring peace and development in the region.

In his assumption speech, Colonel Dulnuan emphasized the brigade’s continued commitment to its mission, stating, “We will strengthen our operations, enhance soldier welfare, and deepen collaborations to achieve sustainable peace and progress.”

Brigadier General Anayron, in his address, expressed gratitude to his battalion commanders for their support during his previous tenure as brigade commander. 

He stressed the crucial role of stakeholders in the brigade’s success and urged continued collaboration to ensure the brigade’s effectiveness.

The ceremony recognized the contributions of various stakeholders, including government agencies, private organizations, and community leaders, with the presentation of plaques of recognition.

The 403rd Infantry Brigade remains committed to fulfilling its mandate by fostering strong partnerships and working closely with stakeholders to ensure a secure and prosperous future for the communities it serves.
