200 most wanted persons arrested in the region in November

THE POLICE Regional Office XI arrested 200 most wanted persons in multiple operations from Nov. 1 to Nov. 10, 2024. 

Brig. Gen. Leon Victor Rosete, acting police regional director, said the total arrests included 62 most wanted persons (MWP), 105 other wanted persons (OWP), and 33 individuals in the Top 10 MWPs (regional/provincial/municipal, and station level).

Among them are the following: 

  • Darwin Bagay Mabaslay, top 4 regional level MWP who was arrested on Nov. 4, 2024, for the crime of statutory rape (no bail recommended), and two acts of lasciviousness in relation to Section 5(B) Of R.A 7610; 
  • Alvin A Bantugan, top 5 regional level MWP (rape through Sexual Assault in Rel. to RA 7610); 
  • Tolio Guintolon Siwak, top 6 regional level MWP (rape); 
  • Albert Jonasan Patiga, top 7 regional level MWP (rape under Art. 266-A (1) in relation to Art. 266-B of the RPC; 
  • Mark Jone Daryl Calledo Dilla, top 8 regional level MWP (RA 9165); 
  • Jaime Carillo Calledo, Sr., top 9 regional level MWP (sexual abuse by lascivious conduct); and Mayonito Mansing, top 10 regional level MWP (robbery).

He said the arrests was the result of the joint efforts of the PNP, community, and stakeholders in keeping the region safe and secure. 

“Moreover, PRO XI will continue to increase its intensified patrol operations, police visibility, and law enforcement activities,” he added.
