SPECTRUM RUNNERS Phil Team A wins several awards during the Kadayawan-Davao City Athletics Open on August 4 at the University of Mindanao Track field oval.
The Spectrum Runners Phil Team A ranks as the champion of the 18 and above men category followed by 1st Runner Up UM-Davao, and finally 2nd Runner Up Davnor Elite.
Spectrum Runners Phil Team A athlete John Dave Puno is also the MVP of the category with gold medals at the 100m and 200m dash events and in the 4x400m relay and 4x400m mixed relay.
The team dominated at the Sprinting events with Gold Medals at the 100m, 200m, 800m, 1500m, and 5000m dashes.
In the 5000m, Noli Torre of Spectrum Runners Phil Team A wins a Gold Medal followed by Dhem Aj Monton of Spectrum Runners Phil Team A (Silver), and Christian Hermino of PCF Calibers (Bronze).
The team also won gold medals in the 4x400m relay and 4x400m mixed relay, followed by UM-Davao (Silver), and UM Tagum (Bronze).
For Triple Jump in the Jumping events, Spectrum Runners Phil Team A athlete Necilito Ague is also awarded a Gold medal, followed by Miller Manulat of Spectrum Runners Phil Team A (Silver), and Clint Niño Neri, individual (Bronze).
The Kadayawan-Davao City Athletics Open launched from August 3 to 4 at the UM Matina Campus track field oval. The event was participated by 41 teams from Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao for athletes to become professionally trained athletes.
