An alleged drunk driver was arrested past midnight, Thursday.Operatives of the Traffic Group of the Davao City Police (DCPO), headed by Lt. Col. Nolan Raquid, were conducting Oplan Kalinaw along Times Beach area.
They arrested Michael Laurente Tan, 49, a resident of NHA Bangkal, Barangay Talomo Proper, Talomo District at 1:15 p.m.
