A man was arrested for carrying illegal drugs at the city checkpoint in Licanan, Barangay Alejandra Navarro, Bunawan District on Thursday.
Mark Mahusay Romero, 27, a resident of Banaybanay, Davao Oriental, was arrested after soldiers found two pieces of heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance believed to be shabu.
The said suspect is now at Bunawan Police custody for proper disposition.
