THE POLICE Regional Office XI (PRO XI) arrested 89 fugitives in various operations from Nov. 18 to Nov. 24, 2024.
According to regional director Brigadier General Leon Victor Rosete, among those arrested were 10 high-value targets from various levels (regional, provincial, municipal, city, and station), 25 most wanted persons, and 54 other wanted persons involved in various crimes.
A notable achievement was the arrest of the region’s second most wanted person, who was wanted for two counts of statutory rape.
Rosete commended the tireless efforts of police officers across the Davao Region, emphasizing the importance of intelligence-led operations and collaboration with the community. He assured the public that the police force will continue its efforts to ensure peace and security in the region.
PRO XI encouraged the public to report any information about fugitives through their hotline or the nearest police station.
“Together, we can build a safer and more secure Davao Region,” Rosete said.
