GUERSCHON Yabusele gets a second shot at the NBA as he signed a 1-year, $2.1 million deal with the Philadelphia 76ers.

Yabusele sparked recognition for his performance for the France men’s basketball team at recently-concluded the 2024 Paris Olympics. He gained fame for his notorious dunk on Team USA captain LeBron James in the gold medal game.

Yabusele was a key player in France’s Olympic journey, averaging 14 points and 3.3 rebounds on 74% total efficiency. 20 of his accumulated 84 points came from the finals game.

The Frenchman had his first stint in the NBA with the Boston Celtics, debuting with a win against the 76ers. He averaged a total of 2.3 points and 1.3 rebounds in his almost seven minutes of playing in the league.
