BRIGADIER General Felix Ronnie B. Babac, commander of the 1001st Infantry (Pag-asa) Brigade, paid a courtesy call to the newly-elected Pantukan, Davao de Oro, Mayor Oliver Noy D. Ceniza, at the Municipal Hall on July 7, 2025.

The visit served as a gesture of respect and a crucial reaffirmation of the shared commitment between the 1001st Brigade and the local government. They also discussed continued efforts to uphold peace and sustain the hard-won gains of an insurgency-free municipality.

During their discussion, Babac congratulated Ceniza on his win in the recent mid-term elections.

He also commended the Municipality of Pantukan for its dedication to continuing the peace and development initiatives that had been successfully established by the previous administration.
