LOCATION matters and Rogen Inn is in the heart of the city. Tucked in the corner of Mt. Apo and Lopez Jaena Streets in the downtown area, the newest hospitality establishment in Davao can be reached via several road options. Likewise, these roads offer the same convenient avenues for guests to reach a desired destination: the quickest route within the center, and towards the north and south of the city.
When you’re in Davao for business or leisure and staying at Rogen Inn, here is a quick guide to how far you are from the key hotspots and destinations in the city.
First, let’s get settled. Rogen Inn is 9.6 kilometers away from the Francisco Bangoy International Airport, a 21-minute drive. The wide parking area guarantees you a spot no matter what time of day you arrive.
Hungry and craving for some local food? Within the Rogen Inn compound are the best homegrown restaurants—Marina Tuna, Boiling Crab and Habi at Kape. A Craving for more? It’s a short walk to the other well-loved local restaurants, like Papa Chings, Dencia’s and Cecille’s.

Davao Doctors Hospital is 350 meters away, one minute drive and four minutes on foot, Brokenshire Medical Center is a 4-minute drive away and the Davao Medical Schools Foundation is 5-minute away by car.

Fruits you say? If it’s not peddled on the streets, then Bankerohan Public Market is the place to go. It’s only 900 meters away or a quick 9-minute walk. Or you can opt to head to Magsaysay Park where the fruit stands offer a street side “dining” on local fruits. You might as well explore the area, too. The Chinatown Arch is the gateway to the largest Chinatown (by area) in the country, and Magsaysay Park is where the Tribal Village is for a peek of the 11 tribes of Davao,
