THE 10TH Infantry (Agila) Division showcased its operational capabilities through a static and kinetic display at Gaisano Mall East Wing on March 22, 2025.
The event, held to commemorate the Philippine Army’s 128th Founding Anniversary, carried the theme “Hukbong Katihan @128: Matatag na Sandigan ng Bagong Pilipinas” (Army @128: Strong Pillar of the New Philippines).
The public was allowed to view a variety of military assets, including rifles, machine guns, rocket launchers, armored vehicles, and tactical trucks.
Dynamic demonstrations were also conducted by an infantry squad, the Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Unit, the K-9 Unit, and the Emergency Response Company (ERC).
The 10ID Combo Band provided live entertainment while ROTC cadets from Saint Mary College of Tagum and ACES Tagum College participated in the event.
Major General Allan Hambala, Agila Division commander, emphasized that the display highlighted the Philippine Army’s modernization initiatives and aimed to enhance public understanding of the military’s crucial role in national security and defense.
