Friendship Arc to rise at Chinatown
By Rizalene P. Acac THE CITY is a melting pot of cultures with the indigenous peoples living harmoniously with settlers who come from others parts of the country or from foreign shores. To pay homage to the Chinese settlers who have greatly contributed to the economy of the city, an arc in the city’s Chinatown will be inaugurated today, coinciding with the celebration of the week-long Kadayawan.
